In the event that Carnival Fun Points applies to the chosen sailing date, student groups may not choose any amenities including alcohol, such as but not limited to:  cocktail parties or champagne and chocolates.

Carnival classifies a student groups as guests between the ages of 18 - 21 traveling with chaperones.

  • No running in the hallways
  • Abuse of physical property will not be tolerated
  • Purchase, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted for guests under 21.
  • Purchase, possession and consumption of drugs is illegal.
  • No abusive, offensive, vulgar language or conduct is appropriate at any time whether directed to other guests or to staff and crew
  • Large radios ("boom boxes") are not permitted on board. Headphones must be used with radios on deck

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the offender(s) being removed from the ship to make his or her own way home at own expense.  It is important that this information is fully conveyed and explained by you to the potential members of the group and that all required documentation is submitted with final payment. If all requirements are not met, we will not accept the booking(s).  By taking such measures, we can maintain the level of service that you and your clients are accustomed to on Carnival.  We appreciate your continued support.  Please call if you have questions or require additional information.

The credit card companies prohibit use of an account other than that of the traveling guest. If desired, a cash deposit for the "Sail & Sign" card may be forwarded to Carnival via your group leader with the final payment or at latest, by 30 days prior to sailing. This step will eliminate the inconvenience of long lines on board the ship on embarkation day. The guest is responsible to keep a positive cash balance at all times during the cruise. If there is an overage on the account, the guest is issued a check on board the morning of debarkation day with a copy of the final statement.

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the offender(s) being removed from the ship to make his or her own way home.  Alternatively, the disruptive guest(s) may be confined to their stateroom for the duration of the voyage.

All guests under age 25 must pay a damage deposit of $100 per person with their final payment.  In the event of damage to the ship or property on board or if any costs are incurred as a result of inappropriate behavior, including excessive disturbance to other guests, charges for repairs/replacement or other costs incurred will be assessed against the entire group damage deposit.
